What does not count as a casino in Virginia
Historical horse racing machines and off-track betting are regulated by the Virginia Racing Commission, not licensed as casinos, so they are not in the Lottery’s count. Charitable bingo and raffles fall under a separate state office. If you are looking for a full casino floor with table games, the 5 casinos above are the list.
The Virginia Lottery runs a Voluntary Exclusion Program: you can bar yourself from every Virginia casino, online sports betting, account-based lottery games and horse-race betting for two years, five years or life. Two- and five-year requests can be made online; a lifetime exclusion is made in person. Help is also available at 1-800-MY-RESET.

A directory, with the evidence attached. Property photos are labeled and credited; reference images are shown where a venue photo is still pending. Records can include historical names, bingo halls and licensed gaming locations. They do not confirm today’s opening status. Online counts are brand–state records, not unique companies. Try a different name or type. Some states are still awaiting research; missing records do not mean there are no casinos or that an activity is prohibited.
Coverage is a growing selection, not a census of every U.S. casino. A source-check date is when we read a publication; a report date is the age of its underlying data.
