Where our research stands today
Our detailed comparison contains six source-based Michigan operator profiles. A separate national directory adds source-linked online and physical gaming records; directory entries are not detailed reviews. They appear alphabetically, not in order of quality. No overall ratings, star scores, or “best overall” awards have been assigned. We have not performed firsthand play or payment testing.
Our five research checks
- Authorization in the reader’s state.Match the operator and domain to official records. This is an entry requirement, not a bonus point.
- Terms a player can use.Check withdrawals, verification, fees, limits, and promotion restrictions. Separate published promises from tested outcomes.
- Games and usability.Document the catalog, rules, accessibility, and account experience. Catalog size alone is not quality.
- Support and player controls.Check support, limits, breaks, self-exclusion, and complaint routes.
- A traceable editorial decision.State the use case, evidence, comparison set, limitations, and verification date.
What a future ranking must show
Before publishing a ranking, we will define criteria and tie-breaking rules, collect the required evidence for each operator, and identify who reviewed the result. “Best for withdrawals” needs a different evaluation from “best for a weekend trip.” We will not collapse unrelated questions into a made-up universal score.
Missing information stays visible
An unknown payment time stays unknown. An unreviewed state stays unreviewed. An operator’s statement is labeled as such. Missing evidence will not be turned into a negative claim about a business.
Commercial independence
This edition has no paid placements or affiliate links. If commercial relationships are added, we will disclose them. Payment will not be presented as evidence of quality.
Corrections and freshness
Profiles record their source-check date. A changed official record or operator term should trigger a review of affected comparisons. Open the primary source before relying on a time-sensitive condition.
